The products are delivered to the delivery address indicated during the ordering process, within the time indicated on the order validation page.
The Customer must verify the accuracy and conformity of the information provided to HELLO JUNE. The latter cannot be held responsible for any delays or failure to deliver the products due to incorrect data entry by the Customer. The costs incurred for the reshipment of the order are entirely the responsibility of the Customer.
HELLO JUNE undertakes to process, prepare and ship the products available and ordered, within a maximum period of 7 working days from the date of the order.
Transport costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
In case of late shipment, an email will be sent to you to inform you of any consequences on the delivery time indicated to you.
In accordance with the legal provisions, in the event of late delivery, you benefit from the possibility of canceling the order under the conditions and methods defined in article L 138-2 of the Consumer Code. If in the meantime you receive the product, we will reimburse it and the shipping costs under the conditions of article L 138-3 of the Consumer Code.
In the event of deliveries by a transport company, HELLO JUNE cannot be held responsible for late delivery due exclusively to the unavailability of the customer after several appointment proposals.
The products are packaged in accordance with the transport standards in force in order to guarantee them optimal protection during delivery.
HELLO JUNE reminds that it is the responsibility of the Customer to check the condition of the packaging and to inspect his package in the presence of the delivery person. Any anomaly due to the carrier (damaged package, missing or damaged products, etc.) must imperatively and immediately be notified on the transport ticket (delivery note, electronic medium, etc.), in the form of handwritten reservations, at the time of the delivery.
Deliveries are made by the Post Office or by private transport services. Once the products have been shipped HELLO JUNE will provide the customer with a tracking number.
HELLO JUNE declines all responsibility in the event of delay, loss or breakage due to the Post Office or private carriers.
